Dieses Testkit enthält 20 Teststäbchen (also gut für 20 Messungen), Testflüssigkeit, eine Elektrode, 304er und 316er Testmaterial und eine Anleitung.
Die Testriegel sind 3 Monate haltbar. Mögliche Nachfüllsets für 20 Tests sind zusätzlich erhältlich (TK05RF).

Verwendung
Sie können den Test an Edelstahl jeder Größe durchführen, auch direkt an Ihrem Produkt. Sie legen den Prüfstab auf das Metall. Sie befeuchten den Prüfstab mit der mitgelieferten Prüfflüssigkeit, danach berühren Sie die Elektrode etwa eine halbe Minute lang. (Es funktioniert mit einer sicheren niedrigen Batteriespannung.) Dies verursacht eine Verfärbung des Teststabs.
Wenn Sie ein 304-Metall testen, wird der Teststab hellgelb/braun.
Wenn Sie ein 316-Metall testen, wird der Teststab deutlich rosa/lila.
Dieses Testkit ist auch als „Moly-Test“ oder „Molybdän-Test“ bekannt, da es Molybdän nachweist. Da Molybdän in 316er-Metallen vorkommt, führt dies zu der rosa/violetten Farbe des Testtupfers. Auch andere Metalle, die Molybdän enthalten, können mit diesem Testkit identifiziert werden. Es ist auch möglich, A4-Bolzen mit diesem Testkit zu identifizieren, da diese Bolzen die gleiche Zusammensetzung wie 316er Metalle haben.
