Con questo kit di test è possibile verificare se il materiale in acciaio inox è del tipo 304 o 316. Nel caso di un metallo 316, il test si presenta con un colore rosa distinto.
Il kit contiene 20 tamponi, un liquido di prova, un elettrodo, materiale di prova 304 e 316 e un manuale.
I tamponi hanno una durata di conservazione di 3 mesi. Sono inoltre disponibili set di ricarica per 20 test (TK05RF).
Utilizzo
Puoi eseguire il test direttamente su qualsiasi prodotto in acciaio inossidabile. Innanzitutto, posiziona il tampone di prova sul metallo. Quindi, inumidire il tampone di prova con il liquido di prova fornito. Successivamente, prendere contatto con l'elettrodo per circa mezzo minuto. (Il kit di test utilizza una tensione della batteria bassa e sicura.) Ciò provoca uno scolorimento del tampone di test.
Nel caso di un metallo 304, il tampone del test diventerà giallo chiaro/marrone.
Nel caso di un metallo 316, il tampone del test diventerà rosa/viola distinto.
Questo kit di test è noto anche come "test del molibdeno" poiché rileva il molibdeno. Poiché il molibdeno è presente nel 316, ciò porta al colore rosa/viola del tampone del test.
L'ordinazione è possibile solo per le aziende in Europa.
