Con este kit de prueba puedes verificar si tu material de acero inoxidable es de tipo 304 o 316. En el caso de un metal 316, la prueba mostrará un distintivo color rosa.
Este kit de prueba contiene 20 hisopos de prueba, líquido de prueba, un electrodo, material de prueba 304 y 316 y un manual.
Los hisopos de prueba tienen una vida útil de 3 meses. Los juegos de recarga para 20 pruebas están disponibles adicionalmente (TK05RF).
Uso
Puede realizar la prueba directamente en cualquier producto de acero inoxidable. Primero, coloque el hisopo de prueba sobre el metal. Luego, humedezca el hisopo de prueba con el líquido de prueba suministrado. A continuación, haga contacto con el electrodo durante aproximadamente medio minuto. (El kit de prueba utiliza un voltaje de batería baja y segura). Esto provoca una decoloración del hisopo de prueba.
En el caso de un metal 304, el hisopo de prueba se volverá de color amarillo claro/marrón.
En el caso de un metal 316, el hisopo de prueba se volverá de color rosa/morado distintivo.
Este kit de prueba también es conocido como 'prueba de molibdeno' ya que detecta el molibdeno. Dado que el molibdeno está presente en el 316, esto da lugar al color rosa/púrpura del hisopo de prueba.
