Ce kit de test vous permet d'identifier facilement l'inox 303 : si vous avez de l'inox 303 le test donnera un résultat noir clair.
Vous pouvez effectuer environ 30 tests avec ce kit de test. Un test ne prend que deux minutes.
Usage
Vous pouvez facilement et rapidement tester si votre acier inoxydable est de type Vous pouvez facilement et rapidement tester si votre acier inoxydable est de type 303 ou d'un autre type tel que 304 : lorsque votre acier inoxydable est de type 303, le test donne une décoloration noire nette. Cette décoloration est causée par la présence de soufre dans l'inox 303. Avec par exemple du 304 (ou du 316), l'épreuve reste blanche car elle ne contient pas de soufre.
Fond d'acier inoxydable 303
L'acier inoxydable 303 est très adapté à l'usinage en raison de l'ajout de l'élément soufre. Cependant, le soufre a un effet négatif sur la formabilité, la soudabilité et la résistance à la corrosion. L'acier inoxydable 304 (et 316) ne contient pas de soufre. En conséquence, l'acier inoxydable 304 a une bonne résistance à la corrosion et est facile à souder.
