Si tratta di un kit di prova professionale per l'incisione macroscopica sicura, veloce e semplice delle sezioni trasversali delle saldature in alluminio per l'ispezione. Questo rende facile determinare la profondità e la qualità della giuntura di saldatura. Questo kit è adatto a vari tipi di alluminio.
Con questo kit di test puoi realizzare circa 100 macro incisioni con saldature in alluminio.
Oltre al liquido per l'incisione, in questo kit sono inclusi anche carta vetrata, guanti di sicurezza e applicatori di fluido per incisione.
Usare
La giunzione saldata deve essere tagliata o segata indipendentemente. Poi la giuntura di saldatura deve essere levigata a mano con la carta vetrata di questo kit. Successivamente può essere inciso con il liquido di incisione del kit. La qualità della giuntura di saldatura può quindi essere valutata visivamente.
